Why support Voyces?
Choirs have been shown to naturally encourage broader social and community engagement, providing benefits that reach far across the wider community. As a choir, we promote choral music as a powerful expression through our innate instrument, our voice. It is in our mission to share new music with you, to heal and connect, by creating opportunities for audiences and performers to be inspired by the universal language of music.
Voyces is a not-for-profit charitable organisation and has been entirely self-funded since its inception. As we grow and aim to achieve excellence on a larger scale, support from a greater variety of sources is critical. Funding from traditional sources such as Government has become increasingly difficult to secure, making philanthropy an essential funding option for organisations around Australia.
As a registered charity with Deductible Gift Recipient status leading the growth of a flourishing musical genre, we invite you to join our story by making a donation. All donations over $2 are tax-deductible and contribute directly to Voyces’ ongoing artistic endeavours, with funds being used for (but not limited to):
- Purchasing music
- Engaging guest artists
- Commissioning new choral works
- Travel and touring
